Dr. Emmanuel Ojameruaye is currently the President/CEO of Capacity Development International, LLC a small consultancy, training, grant-writing, program development and management firm based in Phoenix, Arizona State.
Nobuo Kkobuta received a Master of Science in Mathematics from Rikkuo University in Tokyo, Japan. He is a member of the A Division of the Tokyo Gyoseishishi Lawyer's Association, and on the steering committee of the Gyoseisyoshi ADR center. He finds standard ADR practices in Japan similarly deficient to those within the United States, in that they lack procedural reliability and empirical support. He has engaged in a professional training and mentorship program with Mediators Without Borders in the United States, and is passionate about using this innovative procedure to transform Japan's ADR practices.
