Retired Judge Ted Haynes is overseeing quality control and oversight of the professional mediators and arbitrators who will deliver Mediators Without Borders services to organizations. He is actively involved in the Federated Insurance pilot program in Florida where he is a Supreme Court Certified Mediator and Arbitrator. Ted served for over two decades as a Federal Administrative Law Judge with the Social Security Administration. Upon retirement in 2006, he transferred his experience into a career as a certified arbitrator and mediator working for organizations including: Mediators Without Borders, Arbitrators Without Borders, American Arbitration Association, International Mediation Institute, International Institute for Conflict Prevention (CPR), Council for Better Business, Inc., and Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA).

Dan Jablonka

Position: Chief Executive Officer and Board Member

Dan Jablonka joined the Mediators Without Borders, Inc. team as an investor and Chief Executive Officer. He is responsible for securing the capital raise, identifying and hiring key personnel, and transitional planning as the company moves into early growth operationally. Jablonka brings experience in corporate governance and planning of mid-sized companies as partial owner and former Chairman of Board of a family held business, Glenroy, Inc. Glenroy has been delivering innovative packaging solutions to both national and international customers for over 50 years. Dan also has entrepreneurial experience as the founder and CEO of CirTerra, LLC, a custom mapping company in Denver.

Lorri Mann

Position: Insurance Claims Moderator

Lorri has over 28 years of experience in multi-line claim handling, management, and consulting in the insurance industry. She currently holds licenses in 28 states as an independent adjuster and has multi-jurisdictional experience in liability, personal and commercial property, and injury claims handling. After nearly three decades serving both consumers and companies, Lorri knows what drives ethical and productive claims completion.  A synergy of skill and knowledge combined with serving the people she collaborates results in authentic and ethical outcomes. Growing up in Chicago, laid the foundation for Lorri¹s work ethic and tenacity. Earning a degree from South Suburban College, she embarked on her journey in insurance. Spending over six years working with a CCC Information Service Co based in downtown Chicago, Lorri started in the valuation services department then advanced to the implementation and training of auto and home estimating software platforms. Relocating to Colorado in the late 90¹s, Lorri expanded her experience by joining the American Family team as a multi-line adjuster, progressing rapidly to supervision and claim management. By mid-2000, Lorri earned another advancement to branch manager in the Las Vegas NV. In 2011, as a project manager with Ameriprise Home and Auto insurance, Lorri directed the reorganization of their claims department. She has over 3 years of cumulative multi-line insurance industry training. In 2006 Lorri received Mediation and Arbitration training with Mediators without Borders. She has since joined the efforts with Mediators Without Borders, Inc. with their expansion into the insurance industry and will be the point of contact for Adjusters moving their claims seamlessly to Mediation.

Steven Romero

Steven Romero

Position: Insurance Claims Moderator

Steven Romero is a licensed claims adjuster with over 20 years of business experience within the insurance industry. As a former General Contractor, he provided emergency response services specializing in restoration, remediation, and abatement. He also worked as an inspector and estimator for FEMA, and was deployed to assist with hurricane Katrina and hurricane Andrew. Steven has over 10 years of claims handling experience, both as a staff and independent adjuster. His speciality lies in residential and commercial property, with additional experience in bodily injury and property claims. He is focused and driven to work towards Mediators Without Borders' mission: Sustainable Peace.

Position: International Development Officer

Jhana Gottlieb graduated from Colorado College with a Bachelor of the Arts in International Political Economy. She combines an intellectual passion for international political history with a deep-rooted belief in the power of empathy to resolve conflict in her work as Mediators Without Borders' International Development Officer. Her love of travel has fostered her understanding of a globalized world, one in which the conflicts of some have implications for the well-being of all. Originally from Boulder, Colorado, Jhana spends her free time exploring the natural world through backpacking, skiing, and rock climbing.

Hannah Wilson

Position: International Development Officer

Hannah Wilson graduated from Colorado College with a B.A. in Comparative Religions. Originally from Winnetka, IL, she lived in England as a child and spent a year living and working in Indonesia and India prior to attending college. Her passion is working with people, particularly at-risk young women, and forging connections with individuals regardless of belief or background. As Director of Education, Hannah is thrilled to connect with and learn from students all over the globe. In her time off, Hannah can be found hiking, horseback riding, skiing, and planning her next travel adventure.
